High bond strength:
The matrix of the composite material adopts organic polymer. On the basis of inorganic ceramic as reinforcing agent, the hinge occurs under the environment of specific temperature, pressure and appropriate vacuum degree through a specific process. At the same time, it is firmly combined with the inner wall of the steel pipe. The peeling strength is as high as 14-16MPa, which is more than 100 times of that of ordinary rubber lining and plastic lining pipe. The thermal expansion coefficient of the composite layer is basically the same as that of the steel pipe, therefore, the composite layer will not have the phenomenon that the lining layer falls off due to the low bonding strength and the large difference in thermal expansion coefficient.
Weather resistance:
This product can be used for a long time at -40 ℃-200 ℃, up to 260 ℃. This product is widely used in environmental protection, electric power, chemical metallurgy, mining and other industries, is an ideal alternative to plastic lined pipe products.
