Detailed introduction
Ceramic composite pipes are wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant special pipes. Due to its ceramic lining, the following operations shall be followed during pipeline transportation, stacking, site installation and construction:
1. pipeline transportation
1, composite pipeline transportation should use special pipeline rack, pipeline stacking shall not exceed 3m, stacking layer shall not exceed 20 layers, and every 4 layers should be placed between 2-3 pieces of wood to disperse the weight of the pipeline, in order to prevent pipeline deformation damage lining.
2. Pipeline hooks shall be used for hoisting during pipeline transportation. In the process of pipeline hoisting and transportation, there should be a gap between the pipeline frame and the vehicle baffle to ensure that no force is exerted on any part of the pipeline.
Stacking of 2. pipes
1. On-site stacking of pipelines shall be stored in the pipeline rack;
2. Pipelines that need to be stored separately shall be stacked in a staggered and orderly manner. The number of stacking layers shall not exceed 5. The stacking position shall be stable to prevent the pipeline from collapsing. It is strictly forbidden to stack the pipeline in disorder and place any items unrelated to the pipeline on the pipeline to prevent the pipeline from deforming and damaging the lining and affecting the service life of the pipeline;
3. For the storage of pipe fittings, such as elbows, tees and reducer, the flange surface of the lining layer shall not be used as the supporting force surface;
4. When the pipeline is stacked for a long time, the pipeline shall be protected to prevent exposure to the sun, rain and foreign matter from entering. If necessary, the pipeline can be treated accordingly, such as painting.

Site installation of 3. pipeline
1. Special tools shall be used for pipeline handling on site. It is strictly forbidden for construction personnel to carry out operations such as lifting, prying, rolling and using as other tools and crisis ceramic lining on the pipeline.
2. During the on-site hoisting and shelving of the pipeline, the standard length of the lining manufacturer shall be taken as the limit length, and super-long or multi-section link hoisting is strictly prohibited;
3. Two stress points of the pipeline shall be taken for on-site hoisting of the pipeline, and locked with a lock to ensure the weight balance of the stress points, so as to prevent the pipeline from tilting, slipping and falling during hoisting, and ensure the safety of the pipeline and installation personnel;
4. For pipe fittings with lifting lugs, lifting lugs shall be used as lifting stress points. It is strictly forbidden to use flange bolt holes as lifting stress points to prevent flange deformation and damage lining from affecting pipeline installation.
5. During the on-site transportation of the pipeline, it is not allowed to take the pipeline as the bearing point to lift other pipes and other heavy objects.
6. Collision with on-site buildings, equipment and pipe racks is strictly prohibited during on-site lifting of the pipeline;
7, pipeline connection, shall not use strong counterpart, plus bias pad or multi-layer pad and other methods to eliminate the interface end gap, deflection, wrong mouth or not concentric defects;
8. When the pipeline installation work is interrupted, the open nozzle should be closed in time to prevent foreign matter from entering the pipeline:
9. Percussion, heating, welding or correction operations in lined pipes are strictly prohibited during on-site installation.
4. threaded connection
1. The flange connection shall be parallel, and the deviation shall not be greater than 1.5/1000 of the outer diameter of the flange and not greater than 2mm. The gasket shall be placed in the center of the flange sealing surface and shall not tilt or protrude into the pipe. For flanges with tongue and groove or concave-convex sealing surface, the gasket shall be placed in the groove;
2 Each pair of flanges shall be connected with bolts of the same specification, and the installation direction of bolts and nuts shall be consistent. On the upright pipeline, the head of the single-headed bolt should be above the flange and the nut should be below;
3. When tightening flange nuts, the force should be symmetrical and uniform. Nuts greater than M14 are generally tightened according to the following three steps; nuts less than or equal to 14M can save the second step.

4. When tightening stainless steel nuts and other nuts smaller than M30, it is not suitable to use the method of lengthening casing, hammering wrench or two-person plate.
5. After the flange bolts are tightened, the two sealing surfaces shall be parallel to each other, and the allowable deviation of the clearance shall be less than 0.5mm.
6. Do not use strong tightening bolts to eliminate flange skew or excessive spacing;
7. After the nut is tightened, it should be tightly attached to the flange, and there should be no wedge seam. When a washer is needed, each bolt should not exceed one washer;
8. The flange connection should be coaxial with the pipeline, the center deviation of the bolt hole should not exceed 5% of the aperture, and the bolts should be kept free. The length of the exposed thread of the fastened bolt should be 1~2 times of the pitch. It is best that the effective thread of the bolt is flush with the outer end face of the nut, and the exposed length of the two ends of the stud bolt is similar;
9. The installation of lining pipes shall be carried out in sequence according to the number during prefabrication and processing, and shall not be confused or reversed;
10. After the pipeline is installed, it shall not bear additional loads other than the design.
5. valve installation
1. Before the valve is installed, its model should be checked according to the design documents, and its installation direction should be determined according to the flow direction of the medium. Avoid strong installation, and install the valve on the horizontal pipe section in a position convenient for operation and maintenance;
2. When the valve and the pipeline are connected by flange, the valve should be installed in the closed state, and the opening of the valve should be checked after the installation is completed;
3. The tightening of valve bolts shall refer to the opening of the valve;
